William Thompson, Jr.

William Thompson, Jr., is Moishe House’s Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, he works in conjunction with our Chief HR Officer and team to develop and implement our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, career paths, payroll, HR finance/business functions, and other organizational departmental projects. He loves to train and develop leaders with the end goal of ensuring that the organization is functioning at its optimum at all times. William loves being part of a global and progressive organization!

William comes to us from Suffolk, Virginia. He holds a BS in Organizational Leadership & Management,  MA in Human Services, and MEd in Teaching & Learning, and is a Senior Certified Professional through the International Public Management Association for HR. His previous experiences in Human Resources, Operations, Administration, and Finance in the public sector, and his Super Power of multitasking and organizing make him a natural organizational consultant!
