Sammy is a talented musician and recording artist. He travels to communities to connect with people through music, Jewish learning, and conversation. He has collaborated with and interviewed over 80 musicians as part of his webisode series Rock Shabbat. Currently he is the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Merkava Mentors, an initiative supporting the creation of commercially viable Jewish inspired music. Sammy currently serves on the board of the Atlanta Jewish Music Festival working to bring fresh Jewish musical experiences to the Metro Atlanta area.
An Atlanta native, Sarah is excited to be part of the Moishe House family. She is an Industrial Designer working as a design educator for a nonprofit that seeks to teach kids how to build stuff. She enjoys maintaining Pinterest-worthy succulents, ginger tea, and live music.
Jeremy Katz is the Archives Director at the William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a B.A. degree in History from The Ohio State University and a M.A. degree in Archival Science from Wright State University. Jeremy’s involvement in the Jewish community includes work at the Columbus (Ohio) Jewish Historical Society, the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton, and most recently the American Jewish Archives. Jeremy joined the Archives Team at the Breman Museum in March of 2013, where he has been working to grow, preserve, and increase access to the Cuba Family Archives for Southern Jewish History. He enjoys live music, hiking, cooking, and playing tennis in his down time.

MoHo VaHi Community Night Tues, April 4 7p, at The House We are initiating a new tradition; a simple Tuesday dinner (by popular request: Taco Tuesday!) and a community night. No pressure, no plans. Got work to do? Co-work at the house. Got a board game you want everyone to know about? Bring it on over! We'll provide the nosh, you BYOB.
