Shaina is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Syracuse University for her undergraduate and after graduating, she began working for Syracuse University as a staff member in their Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities. Shaina then moved to State College, PA to pursue her masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs at Penn State. After graduating, Shaina moved to work as the Director of Jewish Student Life at Stony Brook University. After two years and countless programs at Hillel, Shaina moved to Boston and worked for Northeastern University in their Office of Advancement for the College of Arts, Media and Design before joining the Moishe House team in January 2019. Shaina is very excited to be the Eastern Regional Manager and to work with residents who are making a difference for their peers and creating meaningful Moishe House experiences. Shaina is an avid explorer and in her free time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures. She is passionate about Jewish learning, loves going to trivia every week, and always makes time to watch documentaries in her free time.
