Molly Cram

Director, House Programs

Washington, D.C.

From her personal headquarters in Washington, D.C., Molly serves as Director of House Programs. She supports the other house team members on the East Coast and directly advises several houses. When she’s not helping residents be the best they can be, she’s working with other staff members across the whole organization on Jewish identity and human rights activism. She was the architect of Moishe House’s Tikkun Olam Pillars, and is passionate about service learning.

Molly holds a degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews from St Andrews, Scotland. Before joining the Moishe House team, Molly previously worked for a disability rights organization, spent time traveling in Central America, lived and worked in an Ethiopian community in Israel, and served as the Director of Engagement at American University Hillel.
