Leah Jalfon joined the team in August 2017 and is a Program Manager for Moishe House Without Walls (MHWOW) based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2014 with a degree in Sustainable Development. She enjoys dancing hip hop at her local dance studio and spending time outdoors. Through MHWOW, she founded a meetup group called Queer Jews of the Queen City and serves as the board chair of Keshet, the LGBTQ+ group at her synagogue.
