Lee'at Bachar
Hey Guys! I moved into Moishe House in May. I am originally from Milwaukee and went to school at the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers!). Anyone that spends a few seconds with me will quickly discover that I love all things Israel, especially the food and the music.
I left the dairy state a little less then a year ago. Since then I’ve begun working at the Jewish Federation as the Young Professional Divisions Development Associate. On my free time you can usually find me watching How I Met Your Mother with my roomie, on a run, or wondering around farmer’s markets or my kitchen. I’m so excited to be in the Moishe House and looking forward to the year ahead!

Jordan Mandel
A native of the western suburbs of Chicago and a graduate of Bradley University, Jordan is now a proud resident of the home of his favorite baseball and hockey teams (yes, he’s from Chicago; yes, he likes the Cardinals and Blues). He enjoys working at the St. Louis Zoo—contrary to popular belief he does not pick up after the elephants. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys playing his cello, guitar, bass, drums, and ukulele, growing his seasonal mustache, cooking, eating, suiting up, writing in the third person, sarcasm, and ice cream.
