Masha Shtern

Masha was born in Moscow, Russia, which is something she has never gotten over, even though she has lived in Seattle for the last 12 years. By day, she works in molecular biology lab and dances Argentine tango by night. The tango addiction has left her well-traveled, competent in Spanish but knee-injured, so she has been trying to balance her life by doing things like investing more time in friendships and cooking (which go so well together!). She sees Moishe House as an outlet for all her favorite things and is looking forward to being a part of this unique Jewish community.
