Stephanie Gerson

howdy, my name is Stephanie. I'm a left-handed Mexican-Jewish Libra, born in the year of the monkey and raised in the gorgeous San Francisco bay area. I have somewhat of an obsession with blindness: showering in the dark, playing drum kit blindfolded, and eating dans le noir. I'm usually smiling and/or dancing. I work in interactive educational toys, but hope to someday be a professional new media experience designer. and to be able to explain what that means without words. for now, I proudly make Moishe House Providence my lab for experimentation...

Nathaniel Lepp

Nathaniel wears many hats. In college he was formally fitted with hats labeled “neuroscientist” and “politico.” If you ask nicely, he’ll happily talk your ear off about neuronal communication, but he’s much happier telling the story of how medical marijuana became legal in Rhode Island. After a few years slogging through Rhode Island politics, he decided to purse a master’s degree in public health. He hopes to eventually return to politics and public policy with new skills in research and analysis. Amid the sometimes mad and stressful worlds of science and politics, he turns to Shabbat and his yoga mat to stay grounded.
