Rebecca Karp
Rebecca Karp, 26, isn’t really from Philadelphia. Born in Milwaukee, WI and raised in Cali, Chitown and finally Philly, Reb likes to be known as a Midwestern girl. But now Philadelphia really is her home and she loves it. Having spent a year studying at Pardes Institute in Jerusalem, Rebecca was very excited to replicate the kind of community she felt there with the ladies of Moishe House Philadelphia. If you can’t find her puttering around the kitchen, or working on the Moishe House scrapbook, she’s probably busy assistant directing the American Jewish Committee here in Philadelphia. And in her free time, Rebecca likes to dabble in freelance graphic design. With all that Philly has to offer, Rebecca is psyched to become an integral part of that cool city vibe. According to Rebecca, “Moishe House Philly is going to be totally awesome! I'm def excited to be a part of it!”.
