Saturday Night Party - (5/15/2010)
We originally tried to make Saturday night a Havdalah service but no one came. Instead we turned last night into a modest house party and it was the first time the place got crowded. There were a good amount of first timers that came and it was a nice change of pace to host a house party because no one had to worry about cabs or cover charges. It was also a chance for us to introduce Moishe House as a fun space where we also plan on educating our peers and strengthening our generation.

JConnect Sukkah Hop - (10/6/2009)
When Eric Rosen from JConnect contacted us and told us of his vision, we were in immediately. Imagine a bus load of Funky Fresh Jews driving around the City to different Sukkahs throughout our fair LA. We are excited to partner with JConnect and open up the Superfly Jimmy Sukkah to you an all. Take a trip down to Mar Vista in the evening, watch the sunset, smoke some hookah and embrace the funk of our Sukkah. Then, stick around and wait for the JConnect bus to get to the MoHouse and share the funk with others. There will be singing, dancing, and of course some funk noshables. We hope to see you all there for an evening of enchantment as we absorb the essence of Sukkot.

Additionally, we will dine with these folks who more than anything want to be listened to and heard so that they don't feel invisible or inaudible. We hope that you will join us for one of the more important events of the month.
